Improving Physical Health Through Consistent Jogging Routine
Physical training is key to maintaining mental state. Consistency in jogging 3 times a week helps manage negative thoughts & improves overall well-being.
My strength has slightly recovered, but I am still coughing continuously. Interestingly, almost all my colleagues have the same symptoms. When I’m sick, knowing I have a partner makes me realize that, looking on the bright side, I’m not really alone. When the body is weak, mental state tends to be worse as well, making it easier to have negative thoughts. However, I have fewer negative thoughts now, although I do wonder if my body can hold up to accomplish the tasks I want to complete.
