Recently, I started working on a task involving delegation. In the IT industry, even managers may not necessarily be able to get engineers to do what they want, let alone colleagues who are also engineers. Even when documentation exists, if it’s too complex due to how it was originally written, it can lead to other team members being unwilling to read it or simply pushing the work back to you.
