Improving Sleep Quality For Better Focus

Sleep quality & duration impact focus upon waking. Poor sleep habits can be improved by establishing a pre-bedtime routine: avoid eating/drinking 3 hours before bedtime.

If sleep time is less than 7 and a half hours, let's say, 6 hours—even though it’s only a difference of an hour and a half, the level of focus upon waking is noticeably lower.
Recently, I’ve realized that not just sleep time is important, the sleep quality is also crucial. Lately, drinking too much water has often forced me to get up to use the restroom, which disrupts my sleep.
Sometimes, when I can’t fall asleep, eating something helps, and it’s a much healthier option than drinking alcohol. However, this has also led to the issue of drinking water more frequently.
