Improving Time Management For Better Wellbeing
Prioritize self-care & set realistic goals to minimize burnout, avoid overcommitting & focus on your own well-being.
Although my mindset has improved a lot and I try to avoid negative emotions even when I'm very tired, I still hope to minimize the impact on my physical and mental well-being. Moving forward, I’ll keep the following in mind: Avoid making promises lightly. Clearly communicate when there’s truly not enough time. Don’t dwell too much on others’ opinions - treat ourselves well.
